There is often a disconnect between public opinion and research put out by the scientific community. The sheer amount of STEM information at our disposal is overwhelming, and the complex nature of scientific data-- chock-full of jargon-- often deters the public from exploring the world of science.

But the fact remains that bridging the gap between the science community and the public is crucial for countering the spread of misinformation. With this goal in mind, Unfounded uses its platform to encourage first-principles research, healthy debates, and the exploration of science on the cutting edge.
